Credentials

Each credential below states what supports it, and when the source is dated.

DCEP Program Instructors — US DOE / LBNL

The ICOR Brasil instructors are the only instructors of the Generalist and HVAC Specialist tracks in Latin America on the official DCEP list published by LBNL — Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory — on 19/05/2026.

Source: official list "DCEP Program Developers, Instructors, and Practitioners" from LBNL, stamped "Last update: May 19, 2026" (lbnl-dcep-lista-2026-05-19.pdf, section Instructors — Generalist and HVAC Specialist Courses: 17 instructors, plus 7 developers marked with an asterisk whom the PDF also declares to be instructors; headquarters check of the 24 in APURACAO-2026-09-10.md, with the organizations' pages preserved in sedes/). That Da Silva and Dória are the ICOR Brasil instructors comes from the catalog CURSOS ICOR_CE_CMC_05 26.pdf (Rev. MAI 2026), pages 8–9. The scope of the statement is the one ratified in track A (B-46/B-59) — 19/05/2026. View at the source (datacenters.lbl.gov)

ICOR Partner — International Consortium for Organizational Resilience

Among the 20 partners listed on the ICOR official partners page on 10/09/2026, Top Tier Infrastructure is the only one based in Brazil.

Source: visible text of build-resilience.org/partners captured by curl on 10/09/2026 (icor-partners-2026-09-10.html and .txt): 20 partners, a single occurrence of "Brazil" — Top Tier's. The page lists partners in Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Chile and others; that is why the exclusivity is IN BRAZIL, and not in Latin America. Counts in APURACAO-2026-09-10.md — 10/09/2026. FOMM Site Certification — Facility Operations Maturity Model

The FOMM Site Certification (FOMM: Facility Operations Maturity Model) is the audit and certification of data center facility operations and maintenance. Each organization receives an official logo and a certificate, with one of the three official ICOR seals: Recognized for Merit, Recognized for Leadership, or Recognized for Excellence. It is a site certification, not a person certification.

The document gives no day of publication, only the month. What the acronym FOMM stands for is in the document title — 09/2026. View at the source (toptier.net.br)
